Shipping Policy
Charges:
The charge you pay is the cost of shipping PLUS the cost of wrapping materials
and packing materials, we do endeavour to use recycled packing material i.e.
shredded paper both to cut costs and provide an environmentally friendly service
wherever possible. There is also a small surcharge for labour included in the
shipping charge. We do not believe in inflating postage charges other than to
recoup our own costs.
Timescale:
We usually post items either the same day or next working day after
completion/clearing of payment, any delays that we are aware of will be posted
on our shop homepage, you are advised to look there before purchasing.
Lost parcels:
Any parcel we send out is tracked by the courier, if the parcel does not arrive
we will then claim against the courier on your behalf, this can take upto 3
weeks to complete, due to high levels of fraudulent claims we will ship a
replacement when the courier confirms the parcel is lost and reimburses us.
Returns policy
Damaged items:
In the unlikely event of your item arriving visibly damaged (parcelforce only)
then you are to check and if need be, refuse the delivery. For royal mail
deliveries this is not possible. If you need to return the damaged item via
royal mail you do so at your own cost and we will then issue a replacement
product to you once the damaged product has arrived back at our warehouse. You
must also let us know you are returning the item within 7 days of receipt.
Unwanted items:
If when you receive your item you decide that you no longer require it you may
return it back to us in the same condition it was supplied, at your own postage
costs. If the item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition then we are within
our rights to offer you a fair price for the item which is negotiable.
