Shipping

• Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart once a delivery service has been selected.
• Our cart calculates the shipping price by weight and by location.
• If your order includes a product which weighs over 2.5KG it is often the case that any further products added to your order will not incur any additional shipping costs.

How can I see what the postage charge for the items I have selected will be?
Easy, once you have selected the "buy button" the product will be added to your shopping cart which is viewable on the right hand side of every page, as you add more products it gives you a running total, only when you have finished browsing and are happy with everything will you be asked for payment. Please be aware you will need to tell our shopping cart which part of the world you live in for the postage costs to show in the cart.

We utilise a variety of shipping options to provide you with the lowest possible shipping cost whilst still maintaining an efficient service.

For lightweight items we generally ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class services.

For medium and heavy weight purchases we generally ship via one of our specialist couriers dependant on your location.

Once your item has been carefully packaged by our packing team and is ready for dispatch you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been completed. This means that your order will be collected by the relevant service provider on their next scheduled collection (usually between 2 - 4pm Monday - Friday (excluding Wednesdays))
