If your order is important we strongly advise using the Next Working Day service, this is fully tracked. Economy services are not time definite.

We reseve the right to change these dates upon advice from carriers with regards to network capacity and any unforseen issues.

In order to speed up the processing of orders we are no longer accepting paper based payments (Cheques and postal orders). If you are uncomfortable with sharing your card details online we recommend using our bank transfer facility, PayOffline or Pay by telephone (All available from the usual checkout flow).

We apologise to the small number of customers who use cheques as their prefered payment option.

We have changed the way the cart shows delivery charges, from today the cart will show the nett price of goods and carrage along with a VAT breakdown. The price of goods advertised on our website are still inclusive of VAT, both nett prices and total prices are now shown. The price of delivery has not increased as a result of this, it is just displayed excluding sales tax.

We will be closed on Monday 30th August due to the Bank Holiday, All carriers do not operate on Bank Holidays so we are advising our valued customers to bear this in mind with delivery times. Next working day orders placed after 14:00 GMT Thursday will be delivered on Tuesday 31st August.

Planned industrial action by Royal Mail staff on the 22nd/23rd October, we anticipate some delays to orders shipped using Royal Mail services. During the strike action we are offering a special "courier only" service starting at £5.95, orders upto 20Kg will attract a shipping charge of just £6.95 regardless of the number of products ordered.
